About this role

The role is a full‑time Registered Nurse position in the Med Surg Tele Float Pool, providing night shift coverage across intensive care units in the Central & Eastern Region. The nurse will deliver patient‑ and family‑centered care, develop individualized care plans, and participate in quality improvement initiatives while floating to various units as needed.

Responsibilities

Float to all Intensive Care Units within the Central & Eastern Region
Develop and implement patient‑centered nursing care plans
Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and discharge needs
Participate in safety and quality improvement committees
Utilize information technology to document care and monitor outcomes
