The Pearl at Watkins Centre is seeking a Med Tech to join their team, responsible for monitoring the health and well-being of residents and providing leadership support with resident care and services. The role involves medication care assistance, communication with resident support services and families, and maintaining clinical quality assurance while supporting wellness programs. The position requires a Certified Medication Aide or equivalent state certification, with a preference for experience in assisted living, dementia care, or skilled nursing.
