Medewerker Front Office

As a Front Office employee, you serve as the primary point of contact for Defense colleagues' support needs, coordinating between clients and suppliers to ensure timely updates and satisfaction. You proactively listen to client requests, gather necessary information, and provide alternative solutions or guidance to keep the client moving forward. The role requires building a local network of suppliers and managing the client journey with empathy and strong communication skills.
