Medewerker Service & Support

This role serves as the first point of contact for customers via phone and email, handling inquiries, requests, and incidents with a focus on accuracy and speed. The position involves prioritizing incoming reports, resolving issues independently, and escalating complex cases to secondary departments while continuously expanding knowledge through collaboration. Additionally, the role includes processing employee and absenteeism data in the back office and supporting internal customer support projects.
