Mediator - VT Labor Relations Board

The Vermont Labor Relations Board is seeking an experienced Mediator to plan, direct, and coordinate its mediation program. The role involves resolving impasse areas between public and private sector employers and employee organizations using knowledge of labor laws and collective bargaining agreements. The Mediator works independently to manage the full range of mediation services for labor disputes.
