Medicaid Program Manager

The Medicaid Program Manager provides supervision, training, support, and leadership to the Adult and Family & Children Medicaid Units within the Johnston County Department of Social Services. This role involves planning and directing the delivery of income maintenance programs, evaluating staff performance, and ensuring compliance with federal and state standards. The position reports directly to the Medicaid Division Director and is responsible for developing policies, managing workflows, and participating in long-range planning.
