Southwestern Ontario Aboriginal Health Access Centre
The Medical Administrative Assistant serves as a critical liaison and first point of contact for community members accessing the Southwest Ontario Aboriginal Health Access Centre's services. This role involves providing medical, administrative, and clerical support to an interdisciplinary staff team while maintaining a welcoming and culturally safe environment. The position requires managing client information, processing referrals, and facilitating communication between staff, health service providers, and community partners.
We provide high quality, wholistic health and wellness services throughout Southwestern Ontario. Services are provided to Indigenous (First Nation, Métis, Inuit) people and their families, living on and off-reserve, in rural areas, and in the urban Indigenous communities in London, Owen Sound, Newbury, Waterloo Wellington and Windsor.
