Medical Administrative Associate

The Medical Administrative Associate provides administrative and operational support to ensure efficient clinic workflow and high-quality patient care under the direction of the Supervisor Medical Staff Office and the Assistant Medical Director. The role involves utilizing EPIC for patient care follow-ups, managing appointment scheduling, and handling various administrative duties such as billing reconciliation and inventory management. This position also includes collecting urine drug screens, completing clinical documents, and covering Medical Service Coordinator and Medical Assistant duties as needed.
