MSL Manager for the General & Specialty Medicine (GSM) area responsible for leading and developing a team of Medical Science Liaisons covering multiple therapeutic areas (cardio-metabolic, respiratory, immunology, ophthalmology, etc.). The role focuses on improving team performance through coaching, scientific discussion, project management and cross-functional collaboration to support medical affairs and ultimately patient care. The position combines people management with hands-on scientific engagement and compliance oversight.
