Medical Assistant Apprentice, Primary Care

Mass General Brigham is launching a four-week Medical Assistant Apprenticeship Program in collaboration with Mass Bay Community College, combining structured classroom education with supervised clinical training. This entry-level, onsite position is designed for individuals without prior experience who are passionate about healthcare and willing to commit to a 40-hour work week. Upon successful completion of the 22-week program, the apprentice transitions into a full Medical Assistant role within the system.
