Medical Assistant I

The Medical Assistant I performs a variety of activities including direct patient care, administrative, and laboratory functions under the supervision of a physician or mid-level provider. The role involves working with patients of all ages, both in-person and over the phone, to complete tasks involving assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. Additionally, the position may include reception duties such as greeting patients and visitors and assisting with the business aspects of a patient visit.
