The Medical Assistant Lead supports the delivery of urological services and functions as an effective member of the interdisciplinary team. This full-time role involves performing routine administrative and clinical tasks to keep the medical office running smoothly while collaborating with staff to achieve effective patient care delivery. The position requires training new Medical Assistants and acting as the point person in the absence of the Office Manager.
