The Medical Assistant (MA) Apprentice is entering into a registered Apprenticeship program with Swedish Medical Group, in conjunction with InReach Career Pathways. This position functions under the supervision of a Certified Medical Assistant preceptor and within the scope of practice determined by the program guidelines and Washington Administrative Code. MA Apprentices provide direct patient care and assist with routine clinical responsibilities under the supervision of an MA-C or Provider. Successful completion of the program and national certification qualifies Apprentices for entry into the regular MA-C job classification.
