About this role

Responsibilities

• Execute on measurement, collection, and recording of vital signs, phlebotomy, etc.
• Support functions including answering telephone calls, retrieving medical records from external sources, completing patient intakes, and appointment scheduling
• Enter documentation in the patient’s medical record by inputting medications, labs, patient demographics and history, screening data, care documentation, and pharmacy information
• Ensure patient consent is in place, obtains consent if not already completed
• Support Nurse Practitioners for visits, follow up tasks including patient outreach, educational materials, DME etc.
