Medical Assistant

The Medical Assistant at Island Health supports the Primary Care & Walk‑in Clinic team by providing direct patient care, managing clinic flow, and acting as a patient advocate. Working under the Clinic Manager and clinical providers, they handle tasks such as rooming patients, collecting data, administering vaccines and tests, and ensuring safety and compliance with clinic protocols.
