Medical Assistant

The Medical Assistant provides high-quality, direct patient care within a team-based model at Beth Israel Lahey Health Primary Care, supporting efficient administrative and clinical operations. This role involves building empathetic relationships with patients and colleagues, facilitating smooth patient visits, and performing essential medical assisting duties such as obtaining vital signs and administering immunizations. The position also contributes to population health efforts through outreach, health coaching, and maintaining compliance with safety and privacy standards.
