Medical Assistant

The Medical Assistant provides high-quality, direct patient care in a team-based model to BILH Primary Care-Mt. Auburn patients while supporting smooth and efficient administrative and clinical practice operations. This flexible role combines Medical Assistant and Medical Secretary responsibilities, primarily floating among Nephrology, Infectious Diseases, and Rheumatology. The position requires maintaining patient confidentiality, managing patient flow, and ensuring clean, organized care areas.
