Medical Assistant

This role provides medical assistance to members by conducting brief evaluations, measuring vital signs, and assisting with examinations and treatments under the direction of a physician or nurse practitioner. The position involves coordinating healthcare needs, managing electronic medical records, and supporting the treatment team to ensure comprehensive care for patients with serious mental illness. The Medical Assistant also handles administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, obtaining medical records, and completing prior authorizations.
