Medical Assistant

This role provides clinical care and administrative support within a medical office setting under the direction of licensed nurses, physicians, or authorized providers. The position involves managing incoming calls, documenting patient information in the EMR, and ensuring timely communication of urgent messages to appropriate staff. The Medical Assistant also assists with new patient requests, maintains compliance with OSHA and infection control standards, and supports the Director of Clinical Services with various duties as needed.
