Medical Assistant

The Medical Assistant provides patient care and support within an ambulatory setting, conducting patient interviews, collecting specimens, and assisting physicians with exams. This role also involves performing phlebotomy, CLIA waived testing, and potentially EKGs and drug testing, while maintaining departmental inventory and ensuring quality patient care. As part of the Virtualist Program, the position may also handle remote patient intakes and assist with telehealth visits.
