Medical Assistant

This role involves educating members on their care team, coordinating care across the continuum, and assisting with daily practice operations such as scheduling appointments and managing front desk inquiries. The position requires performing initial health screens, obtaining medical records, identifying care gaps, and conducting pre-visit and post-visit reviews to support comprehensive patient care. The Medical Assistant also administers medications, performs vital signs, and collaborates with the care team to manage member care plans and improve outcomes.
