Medical Assistant

This role oversees and coordinates clinical care outside of the clinic office visit to provide concierge customer service while ensuring quality and patient safety expectations are met. The position involves coordinating and communicating timely with patients, providers, and third parties on all incoming inquiries and following up on action items throughout the patient’s recovery. Responsibilities include scheduling surgeries and diagnostic tests, managing prior authorizations, and documenting information in the electronic medical record.
