Medical Assistant

This position supports the SAY Detroit Family Clinic by preparing patients for office visits, obtaining vital signs, and assisting physicians with procedures and in-office testing. The role involves maintaining exam rooms, processing specimens, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while providing compassionate care to uninsured and underinsured individuals. The Medical Assistant also assists with patient scheduling, referrals, and maintaining accurate medical records.
