Medical Assistant

This role involves providing exceptional telephone-based clinical support to patients with clinical concerns related to Neurology, Neurosurgery, Pain Management, and Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation. The position requires assessing patient concerns, identifying issues for escalation, and connecting patients with appropriate providers to improve access to high-quality healthcare. The Medical Assistant works remotely within a large, integrated health system to enhance the patient experience and support care navigation across the state.
