Medical Billing Representative

The Medical Billing Representative is responsible for managing the billing process for TransCare Medical Transportation Services, ensuring accurate coding, billing, and collection of services rendered. This role supports the Crisis Center of Tampa Bay's programs by maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations and insurance procedures while providing customer service to clients and insurance companies. The position reports to the Senior Director of Reimbursement and contributes to performance quality improvement initiatives.
