Medical Billing Specialist

The Follow-Up Specialist supports revenue cycle operations by managing and resolving outstanding and denied claims for a large physician multi-specialty practice. Working under the Follow-up Supervisor, the role ensures claims are corrected and resubmitted while adhering to Brown University Health's values and HIPAA requirements. This is an on-site, day-shift position at the organization's corporate headquarters.
