Medical Claims Supervisor

The Medical Claims Supervisor at Gravie oversees the day-to-day operations and performance of medical claims examiners to support an excellent member experience. The role focuses on managing claim processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and meeting operational metrics and service standards. The supervisor also serves as an escalation point for complex claims and partners with analytics and other internal teams to drive efficiency and quality. Additionally, they act as a backup to the Claims Manager and help refine policies, procedures, and workflows within a fast-paced, evolving environment.
