Medical Coder

This role involves reviewing and analyzing medical records to assign accurate ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes while ensuring compliance with official guidelines and payer policies. The position requires validating documentation for Risk Adjustment models, including HCC coding, or performing coding for Inpatient and Outpatient encounters. The coder will collaborate with clinical and billing teams to resolve discrepancies, maintain productivity standards, and protect patient confidentiality.
