As a Medical Billing & Coding Specialist at Imagine Pediatrics, you will blend coding precision with billing strategy to ensure timely, accurate claims submission and compliance. You will collaborate with providers and data teams to streamline workflows, resolve denials, and optimize documentation for children with special health care needs.

Responsibilities

Submit clean, timely claims with accurate CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10 codes
Track and resolve denials, rejections, and underpayments with appropriate follow-up
Review provider documentation and assign accurate codes per guidelines
Maintain internal billing rules matrix and collaborate with the Data team
Educate providers on documentation improvements under the Coding Manager
