Medical Director, Risk Adjustment

Hartford HealthCare is seeking a Board Certified Physician to join the Clinical Integration team as a Medical Director for Risk Adjustment. This role provides clinical leadership and oversight for risk adjustment, clinical documentation integrity, and clinician education initiatives across value-based care programs. The position serves as the physician champion for risk adjustment, promoting evidence-based documentation practices and ensuring accurate representation of patient populations in Medicare Advantage, MSSP, and other risk-adjusted payment models.
