Medical Director

The Medical Director defines the structure and scope of the health center’s clinical program, provides leadership to physician and mid-level providers, and leads quality improvement activities to ensure high-quality, cost-effective patient care. This role involves providing direct ambulatory and primary care while overseeing clinical staff, establishing standards of care, and representing the health center at clinical and public health meetings. The position requires a commitment to the mission of the Bucksport Regional Health Center and collaboration with administrative teams and community partners.
