Medical Director

The Medical Director leads and participates in the Maryland Physicians Care MCO's Medical Management Program under the direction of the Senior Medical Director. This role involves assisting in the development of comprehensive medical policies, providing leadership for Health Management Teams, and supervising Utilization and Quality Management processes. The position requires interaction with providers and oversight of inpatient concurrent review activities.
