Medical Information Associate

PrimeVigilance is seeking a Medical Information Associate to support the team in handling initial adverse event and medical information inquiries in English. The role involves providing approved responses to healthcare professionals, patients, and pharmaceutical clients, as well as accurately documenting and reporting adverse events and product quality complaints. The associate will also participate in out-of-hours service provision and assist with regulatory inspection preparedness.
