Medical Interpreter

UCSF seeks motivated and talented individuals to serve as Medical Interpreters in a hybrid environment, providing accurate and objective interpretation for patients with limited English proficiency across multiple San Francisco sites. The role involves acting as a conduit, communication manager, and cultural broker to support patient, provider, and caregiver interactions within the medical center. Interpreters are responsible for maintaining strict adherence to HIPAA guidelines and ethical practices while managing complex communications in various clinical settings.
