Medical Janitor

The Client Support Specialist role is a non-clinical operational support position focused on maintaining clean, safe, and orderly program environments while assisting with basic client needs such as meal service and room readiness. This position ensures client living areas, common spaces, and service areas meet cleanliness and safety standards, and performs limited client-facing support functions. The role works as part of an interdisciplinary team to support overall program operations and escalates clinical, safety, and behavioral health concerns to licensed staff as required.
