The Medical Lab Scientist (MLS) at Mercy Health – Defiance Hospital performs laboratory testing on blood, tissues, and other body specimens to provide physicians with accurate, timely results. The role supports patient safety and operates a variety of clinical laboratory equipment within a faith-based, patient-focused health system.
