LifeLabs is seeking a Medical Lab Technologist to provide accurate and timely diagnostic specimen testing and reporting in a collaborative teaching laboratory environment. This temporary full-time role involves conducting a wide range of diagnostic tests, interpreting results, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The position offers opportunities for professional development and collaboration with the Medical Science team.
LifeLabs is Canada’s largest provider of community laboratory and diagnostic testing services, serving patients, clinicians and health systems across multiple provinces. It operates a network of patient collection centres and mobile phlebotomy services to deliver blood and specimen collection, clinical chemistry, microbiology, genetic and specialized testing (including COVID-19 testing). LifeLabs offers online appointment booking and electronic results delivery, and partners with healthcare providers and public health organizations to ensure timely, high-quality diagnostics and support population health initiatives.
