Medical Laboratory Scientist

The Medical Laboratory Scientist will train and mentor new MLS employees while supporting daily patient testing workloads at ARUP's Huntsman Clinical Laboratory. The role requires advanced knowledge of laboratory operations, expertise in multiple testing areas, and participation in validations, method development, and continuous improvement projects. The position also involves collaboration with the University Division training team and cross‑training in other laboratories as needed.
