Medical Laboratory Scientist

This role involves performing a variety of clinical laboratory tests and procedures while utilizing scientific principles for technical operations, quality control, and corrective actions. The position requires accurate execution of basic to complex tests, distinguishing between normal and abnormal parameters, and communicating results to appropriate departments. The individual will also provide technical guidance, train team members, and participate in the development of laboratory protocols and quality improvement activities.
