Under the supervision of a CLIA General Supervisor, the Medical Laboratory Scientist processes specimens and performs high and moderate complexity testing to report accurate results. The role ensures compliance with regulatory standards, maintains quality control, and collaborates with various teams to support patient care and workflow efficiency. Key duties include evaluating specimens, operating technical equipment, managing inventory, and participating in proficiency testing.
