Medical Laboratory Technologist

The Medical Laboratory Technologist supports the Histopathology department by performing laboratory analyses and exercising independent judgment on testing across various specimens. This role involves assisting Pathologists and Laboratory Physicians with delegated medical acts while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and patient-focused services. The position requires maintaining quality control standards, managing laboratory supplies, and providing guidance to Laboratory Assistants as needed.
