The Medical Office Associate serves as the first point of contact for patients and caregivers at a new Urgent Care facility, ensuring excellent customer service and administrative support. The role involves greeting patients, verifying insurance benefits, managing financial transactions, and handling communications with providers and carriers. This position requires availability for evening and weekend shifts, including every other weekend, and the ability to travel to other sites.
