Medical Prescriber

The Medical Prescriber provides timely psychiatric evaluation, medication assessment and management, and clinical consultation as part of the Cape Cod Community Crisis Stabilization multidisciplinary team. This role supports continuity between crisis stabilization and ongoing community-based care through consultation, shared treatment planning, and discharge coordination. Services may be delivered in person or through approved telehealth workflows based on clinical need and program expectations.
