The Medical Principal will plan, organize, and direct the clinical laboratory department, including molecular testing and IHC, while providing cross‑functional leadership and medical subject matter expertise. The role ensures services are high‑quality, cost‑contained, medically useful, accurate, and delivered expeditiously as the quality and statutory medical director for the market.
