Medical Receptionist/ Call Centre Agent

The Medical Receptionist and Contact Centre Agent serves as the first point of contact for patients, primarily based at the Marsden Park clinic with support for the Castle Hill clinic. The role involves greeting patients, managing check-ins, handling inquiries via phone and email, advising on scan preparations, and processing billing for various insurance types. This position offers full-time or part-time arrangements with Monday to Friday shifts between 8.00am and 5.00pm.
