Medical Receptionist

The role involves acting as the first point of contact for patients in a busy specialist medical practice, handling high volumes of calls, coordinating appointments, and supporting billing and administrative tasks. Reporting to the Practice Manager, the Medical Receptionist will also assist technical staff with patient flow and contribute to ad hoc projects, while being part of a team-focused, patient‑centred environment.
