About this role
A Medical Records/Health Information Trainee role in a long-term care facility supporting the management and oversight of resident health records and departmental administration. The position works closely with the Medical Records/Health Information Consultant and other clinical departments to ensure accurate, compliant recordkeeping and information release. On-the-job training is provided and the role requires interaction across facility staff and occasional participation in committees and training programs.
