Medical Records Clerk

The role involves scanning, attaching, and routing referral and other medical documents to electronic clinical records, handling incoming calls and fax processing, and managing medical record requests, releases, and subpoenas. The clerk also supports record audits, duplicate EPIC record resolution, and assists with referral loop closure and paper record management.
