Medical Records Technician

Otterbein is seeking a Clinical Scheduler / Central Supply Coordinator / Medical Records Technician to support the clinical team by maintaining accurate medical records, managing nurse and nurse assistant schedules for regulatory compliance, and ensuring the availability of necessary supplies for quality resident care. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and collaborative, working closely with nursing leadership, direct care staff, and other departments to meet organizational standards. This full-time role requires proficiency in scheduling, medical records management, and central supply coordination, preferably within a long-term care setting.
