Medical Reservist

National EMR is seeking a Medical Reservist to serve as part of an elite, all-hazards response cadre available to deploy within 24-48 hours for emergency management situations such as hurricanes, wildfires, and mass shootings. This part-time role requires licensed Physician Assistants or Nurse Practitioners with prior emergency or family practice experience to provide medical care in shelter units and support disaster response efforts nationwide. The position involves maintaining personal readiness, completing required training, and working flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
